Which file types can I upload?
PDF, Word (DOC/DOCX), PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX), Excel (XLS/XLSX), OpenOffice files, text files and images (JPG, PNG and more). Everything is converted to PDF so what you preview is what we print.
Can I print only some pages, or some pages in colour?
Yes. Enter a page range like 1-10, 15 to print only those pages. Choose “Mixed” colour and list the pages you want in colour. The rest print in black & white, and you only pay colour rates for colour pages.
How fast will I get my prints?
Most orders placed before 5 pm are ready the same day. Bound documents and large orders may take a few extra hours. You'll see live status on your order page.
Is my document kept private?
Your files are only used to print your order. They're never shared, and you can ask us to delete them any time.
What if something is printed wrong?
If we make a mistake, we reprint it free or refund you. See our refund policy for details.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Choose doorstep delivery at checkout, or pick up from our shop for free. Delivery is free above a minimum order value.
