Cancelling an order
You can cancel for a full refund until we start printing. Contact us with your order code as soon as possible. Once printing has started, orders can't be cancelled because the prints are made specifically for you.
Printing mistakes
If your prints don't match the options you chose (wrong size, colour, sides, binding or missing pages), tell us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup with a photo. We'll reprint for free or refund the affected items.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
